14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at razaee.fabrics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: To expedite your exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
